FAQ

1. What is your return/exchange policy?

You are welcome to return items to us. If you wish to exchange an item we ask that you simply return and place a new order. Celtic Fusion is not liable for the cost of returns. Please return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt.

Return in the same condition as received; clean, unworn, neatly folded and with the tags on. Include a note with your name and order number. Once received we will process your refund straight away. Please send us your tracking code here if you have one. If you are outside of the EU Trade Zone fill out a customs declaration correctly stating returned goods, ‘No Custom Charges Due - Returning Items to Business Owner’. Fill out a custom label as a business return with a VALUE of €20 only. Please add your item(s) tariff codes. You will find them on your order receipt (example: 62063000). If you are unsure please contact us. If customs labels are not correctly filled we are not liable to pay custom charges and goods will be returned to the customer. 2. How do I track my order?

Simply click on your tracking number and if that does not work you can also access from the shipping providers website.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

All information exchanged to process the payment is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This data can not be detected, intercepted or used by third parties. At no time does your financial data transit the Celtic fusion computer system. In order to secure payments, celtic fusion will have full freedom to check the personal data you have provided us and to adopt the measures deemed necessary (request for evidence or cancellation of the order) so that the person whose bank account is debited is the person who placed the order and to avoid any fraudulent use of credit card numbers. In this case, an e-mail informing you of this action will be sent to you and your order will remain blocked until receipt of proof(s) of identity.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Celtic Fusion ships internationally to customers in: Europe, UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and Switzerland. Once an order has been placed it will be shipped in two to three business days.

All our shipments outside Europe including Switzerland, Norway are shipped duty-free (VAT: 23%). Customs duties (ranging from 12 to 12.40% of the total amount of the order) or other local taxes or import duties, may be payable. These taxes are payable upon receipt of the package according to the laws in force in the country of destination. All possible customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer, these rights and sums are not within the competence of Celtic Fusion.

5. What is your shipping policy?

Delivery time

Celtic Fusion undertakes to deliver the items ordered and paid for within the prescribed time. These deadlines are effective from the dispatch of your order. The indicated deadlines are usual average times and correspond to the time of treatment and delivery. If after 7 days and as from the date of delivery indicated during the payment of the order, and if this excess is not due to a case of delay of delivery by the delivery services, you will be able to demand the refund of the expenses of forwarding. Celtic Fusion reminds you that you are required to make sure you have mentioned all the information needed to deliver your order. In case of prolonged delay of the delivery, you are invited to announce it as soon as possible to the customer service. Items are delivered to the delivery address you specified during the process of your order.

Receipt of the parcel

The delivery date will be considered the date of receipt of your parcel. Upon receipt of the item(s), you are required to check the condition of the item(s) delivered(s). You have a period of 14 working days from delivery to make any reservations to customer service.

Each listing has the garment measurements within the additional information with size guides also in the gallery.

Please compare your body measurements with the garment measurements selecting a size which allows you to breathe. The garment measurement should be a bit bigger than your body measurement.

Example, someone with a 40” chest could choose a garment with a 42” chest giving space to fit on and breathe.

7. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

No, we do not accept cancellations as we process our orders very quickly.

9. Are your products ethically sourced/sustainable?

Celtic Fusion are very committed to sustainability where possible. You can read about our business ethics and tree planting mission here

10. How do I care for my garments?

Generally you can handwash or machine wash at a hand wash/delicate/gentle setting at a cool temperature 30C. We like to use natural detergents and line dry out of direct sunlight.

11. Do you do custom orders?

Celtic Fusion currently offer custom order only on custom bridal dresses

12. Do you have a physical store location?

13. What should I do if I receive a defective item?

We have a new members 10% discount on our home store.

We do not accept returns on custom bridal orders. However, our main collection items are returnable following our returns policy returned within 14 days of receipt.

We do not accept returns on earrings.

21. My parcel has not arrived.

Please check your tracking and allow a minimum of 21 days to arrive.

If your parcel fails to deliver it will be returned to us as sender and we will be in touch with you for next steps.
